May is the founder of Maison21, a Los Angeles-based interiors and product
design firm. The Maison21 design aesthetic is rooted in historical modernism
but with thought for the future, as well as the way we live now. Bold shapes, a
strong palette, and an artist's eye for form and balance define his distinctive
style, and Christian brings his signature mix of wit and authenticity to every
project, be it a product or an interior. An innovator in all areas, not just
design, Christian was an early adopter of social media, and under the name
Maison21, he is known as a popular and engaging tastemaker and influencer with
a loyal following. Though Christian always has a strong point of view, he's
sensitive to the needs of his clients and brings his unique perspective to
resolving their individual design parameters into a beautiful and cohesive (but
never boring) environment.

coast-to-coast - including at the Trump SoHo in New York City and the Thompson
Hotel in Beverly Hills - she founded J. Marx Atelier to provide full-service
interiors and identity work with a boutique-scale attention to detail.
