Runners

Long and narrow, runners are not often wider than 3 feet. Designed to lie on the floor of a hallway, they may also be used on staircases or in front of a window or side table as a way of visually underlining an attractive feature of the room. Usually the hardest rug to find for the home, discovering the right runner is similar to treasure hunting.
